You’re managing a client’s timeline, not just a cabinet order. A late delivery or a design that doesn’t match the drawings costs you a day you don’t have, and it puts your name on the line with your client. Timberline Kitchen & Bath has been supplying and installing custom cabinetry for Denver contractors, builders, and interior designers since 1981, and our process is built around one thing: your reputation is on the line with every install, so ours is too. If you’ve got a project on the calendar, call 303-777-6788 and let’s talk through the timeline before you’ve committed to one.

Timberline Kitchen & Bath
Custom Cabinetry Services We Provide Trade Partners
We design, source, and install cabinetry for new construction, full remodels, and everything between a single galley kitchen in a townhome and a full custom build in Cherry Hills. There’s no minimum project size and no maximum, so this works whether you’re running one job or ten. That includes:
- Custom and semi-custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins
- Cabinet hardware selection and installation
- Design collaboration with your architect or interior designer starting at the drawing stage, not after the order is placed
Every job runs through our in-house design and install team, so there’s one point of contact from the first drawing to the final walkthrough. You’re not chasing a designer, a separate fabricator, and a separate install crew across three different phone numbers.
How a Trade Project Works With Us
- Design consult. You or your designer brings us the space, the drawings, and the client’s direction. We work from what you’ve already built, not a blank page.
- Spec and timeline confirmation. Before anything is ordered, you get a real timeline based on the actual scope, not a placeholder estimate that shifts once production starts.
- Order and production. Cabinetry moves into production once specs are locked, and we flag anything that could affect your schedule as soon as we know about it, not the week it’s due.
- Delivery and install. For projects in the Denver metro area, our own install team handles the job, so the crew installing your cabinets is the same team that built the spec. For projects farther out, we coordinate closely with your install team or a local contractor to make sure nothing gets lost between our shop and your job site.
- Final walkthrough. We sign off with you on-site before we call it done.

Why Contractors and Designers Work With Timberline
We’ve been a family-owned Denver business since 1981, which puts more than four decades of custom cabinetry work behind every project we take on. A meaningful share of that work starts with an interior designer who’s already brought a client’s new build to our showroom at 1860 S. Broadway, looking for cabinetry that matches a design they’ve already committed to. For repeat trade clients, we work out pricing based on your volume and history with us directly, rather than off a flat published rate, so the relationship is worth more to you the longer it runs.
If you’re planning a project that needs a cabinetry partner who shows up on schedule and stands behind the install, call 303-777-6788 or visit our showroom at 1860 S. Broadway to walk through your timeline in person.
Service Area
Serving: Contractors, builders, and designers throughout Colorado
Cabinetry work doesn’t need a full crew on-site the way a remodel does, so our trade partners aren’t limited to the South Denver corridor. We design and supply custom cabinetry statewide, coordinating installation with your team or a local contractor wherever the project is. For homeowner-facing remodel work, where a full install crew is involved, see our full Denver metro and Colorado service area breakdown by region.
